I was determined when I was pregnant to get some "newborn" photos as soon as Lydia was born. In order to get good pictures--they really need to be less than 10-12 days old. Lydia was 11 days old--and growing tremendously. She said awake for 1 1/2 hours while Emerson and I took pictures! What 12 day old stays awake that long?? She also peed all over everything 3 x--but it was all worth it! Isn't she beautiful! :)
